Reading Ingredient Labels Without the Stress

There is so much conflicting information about food that the grocery store can feel overwhelming. Ingredient labels don't have to be. Start by looking at the ingredient list rather than only the front of the package — that's where the real story is.

This isn't about labeling foods as good or bad. It's about understanding what you're buying so you can make choices that align with your own wellness goals.
